自我宽恕 职场人走出心理低潮 在企业培训时,我注意到前排有位男学员眉头深锁,闷闷不乐许久。于是我走到他面前,随着课程内容,问了他工作上近来的心情困扰。  这位男学员叹了口气回答:“唉!今天一早因为主管交待的事没能如期完成,被上司狠狠地骂了一顿,现在心情够恶劣的,谁­叫我能力不够,一无是处呢?”  哇!好个严苛的结论“能力不够,一无是处”,这下心情怎么会有起色?  恐怕你也有过类似的经验,当自己身处压力之下时,就特别容易把周遭发生的事扭曲化,这就好像戴上了哈哈镜,放眼望去事事都变了形,于是作出跳跃式且不合逻辑的结论,例如:  “我惹他生气了,这下他一辈子都会讨厌我”,要不,“完了,完了,一旦开始出错,就会一败涂地!!­”  这些唐突而扭曲了的念头,往往会牵引出难以收拾的心情低潮,这是因为,我们的情绪是因着心中的想法而生的。同样的事件,发生在不同人的身上,会激发出不同的观点,也就造就了不同的情绪反应。  所以,真正决定你我情绪反应的,不是发生了什么事,而是我们怎么去诠释这些事件,对吧?!  既然想法会决定心情,因此我们如果想要避免心情一蹶不振,那可得仔细地防堵心中念头出现扭曲变形的惨状。  一起来看看,我们最可能出现的扭曲想法包括哪些:  ? 非黑即白的二分法  例如:“我一无是处……­”,“他表现真糟,完全没药可救……”  如果你习惯看事情就是非黑即白,凡事就只有两种状况,不是非常完美,就是非常糟糕,一点中间灰色地带也没有,那么就很可能会因为一个单一事件(他今天早上迟到),而作出极端负面的评价(他完全无药可救)。但事实上,这样二分法的想法,只会让自己陷入情绪的死胡同而无法脱身。  ? 遽下定论  例如,“我看到总经理和部门经理在低声交谈──我就知道,他们一定是在讨论要解雇我的事,完了完了。”  有时候搞不好是因为自己心中有鬼先有了成见,一碰到状况就容易胡乱下结论,完全不管证据是否存在,甚至是先有了定论,才来找依据,结果当然会莫名其妙地赔上心情啦!  ? 过分强调负面信息  例如,“我做对了一次又怎么样?那不算啦,我还是笨得要死!”  有些人对于自己的评分方式是“只看缺点,不看优点”。换句话说,对于自己所做的丰功伟业闭眼不看,认为“只是特例,不足为取”;然而要是过程中有些不尽完美之处,则是过目不忘,念念在兹。请你不妨也检查一下,对自己以及他人是否也常常只挑缺点呢?  ? 责任个人化  有些人则是过分勇于负责,习惯把周遭所有不愉快的事件,都归咎于一己的不对,甚至于那些跟他们毫无关系的事情,他们也会挺身而出,担下所有的责任。常常个人化的人,典型的口头禅是:“这都是我的错!”  ? 规则太过僵硬  有人就是死脑筋,认为应该按照某些严谨规则来过日子,对自己如此,也要求他人做到。所以他们常把“你应该……­”“我不可以……­”“我必须……­”等口头禅挂在嘴边,像这样被许多固定规则包围的人,就很容易因为“应该”发生的事都没发生,而觉得生气或懊恼。  那么该怎么做,才能摆脱哈哈镜,让自己的想法恢复正常面貌?  其实不难,只要你一意识到自己又冒出了扭曲变形的念头,就立刻在心中大喊“暂停”,然后换上一些新的想法,来挑战原先的不合理念头。  例如,今早开会,你做完了业务简报,接着开口的经理却对你的简报内容表达不同的意见,于是你的反应是:  (1)“唉!我真是一无是处,我应该要让他满意的。”(二分法,僵硬规则)。  正确的想法是:  “这个案子本来就可能引起一些争议,经理有不同的意见是可预期的,这并不代表我的能力不够好!”  (2)“这一阵子以来他都在找我的麻烦,我就知道他看我不顺眼……­”(强化负面讯息,遽下结论)。  请快快转个想法:  “经理最近被老总盯得很紧,压力不小,对?­都火气大了些,这个案子他不同意,并不代表他就不喜欢我。”  只要经常如此练习,你就再也不会庸人自扰,为着莫须有的念头伤透心力,当想法还原,心情自然就海阔天空。
